Optional Concept Rendering of the Nine Lots surrounding the Village Green

Patio on the Village Green
Please browse these Village Center builder plans for lots 9-14. This very flexible design allows for a variety of uses. It fronts the Village Green allowing for adjacent outdoor seating and overflow uses.
The Village Center is the heart of Mountainside Village. The existing Village Green and Village Pavilion are surrounded by thirteen Village Center mixed-use properties. This is a perfect spot for a destination restaurant, café or market. It’s also a great site for health care, professional office, lodging, residential and more. Over the years we have designed a variety of buildings for this key site. From tiny pop-up, incubator buildings to full-on mixed-use structures with basements, a tower and a roof deck, the options are intriguing. For your interest, this page contains some of the drawings culled from the Mountainside Village archives. The rendering to the left is for a mixed-use building with tall ceilings to allow for maximum flexibility and a roof deck to take advantage of spectacular views. PARTNERSHIPS WILL BE CONSIDERED. - MODEST SCALE LIVE WORK
-
This concept for the east side of the Village Center, lots 4-7, illustrates a modest scale concept that could be developed in phases.
- VILLAGE CENTER TOWER
-
There is a site for the perfect landmark tower. Our designs were inspired by our love of fire towers. Below are a few of the concept Village Center towers we have sketched. A Village Center tower will ensure that there is always the ability to take in the magnificent 360° views.
- POP-UP VILLAGE CENTER BUILDINGS
-
To help business get started, we developed the Pop Up Village Center Building concept. This would allow for temporary incubation in small buildings until larger permanent structures became economically feasible. These buildings are shown fronting the Village Green and are connected by a continues covered boardwalk.
